Worked as part of an agile development team, along side senior managers at their headquarters to deliver a web application for reviewing, tracking, and planning human resources.
During which I experienced a complete cycle of scrum software development in a series eight one- week sprints. This involved committing to and completing user stories from a product backlog, scheduling meetings, interacting with product owners and attending ceremonies including; daily standups, weekly sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
I gained skills in:
Analyzing and providing solutions for business needs.
Using source control and test driven development.
Communicating with professionals in the workplace and approaching them for guidance where appropriate.

Over the Christmas period I took on seasonal work replenishing stock. During which I was chosen from among the temporary workforce to be given positions of responsibility, moving between departments and working independently.
